Designed by a locally-based architect from South America, this very unusual & charming village house with lots of character was built to a very high standard in 2008. It comes with insulated cavity walls, hardwood double-glazed windows (with tilt feature) and gas central heating. There are floor-to-ceiling glazed sliding doors opening into the spacious patio - a lovely shady spot for alfresco dining in summer! From the patio, there are steps to the elevated poolside terrace

First floor (split level):
The lower level initially comprised two double bedrooms, each with French door and ‘Juliet’ balcony. This has now been reformed to create one small bedroom, plus an open area used as office/studio. It would be very easy to restore the original two spacious bedrooms at low cost.
The upper level comprises the Master bedroom, with vaulted ceiling, built-in storage and a glazed French door opening onto a small balcony overlooking the pool area and with views of the Castle. Adjacent there is a separate bathroom with a mosaic tiled walk-in shower.
Upper floor:
This floor comprises a utility/storage area with a glazed door opening onto the spacious roof terrace with views of the Castle of Eagles (often illuminated at night!).
Exterior:
The enclosed patio, adjacent to the living room, is a great spot for alfresco dining. A few steps lead up to the attractive plunge pool with pretty mosaic tiling and a built-in seat. The adjacent poolside terrace is private with space for sunbeds.
The south-facing roof terrace is also very private ~ from here there are views across the village rooftops to the iconic El Hacho mountain in the west, backdrop to some spectacular sunsets! There is also a view of the Castle of Eagles, often illuminated at night.
