The good sized patio garden is at first floor level and contains several pretty pot plants and established shrubs, including a bougainvillea ~ a lovely shady spot, and useful storage space too.

A feature staircase with wrought iron balustrade leads to the magnificent roof terrace (58m2) with stunning panoramic views of the village, mountains, and across the valleys to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and Rif mountains of Morocco.

In one corner of the terrace there is an attractive kitchenette with a dining area & built-in bench seating. Outside this room there is a retractable awning to provide shade for al-fresco dining.
